Thank you for shopping with QRPrinted.com! Each order is made specially for you, featuring a personalized QR code generated from the link you provide. Due to the custom nature of our products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All our products are custom-made and printed-on-demand. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and processed.
  • Make sure your submitted link for QR generation is correct and final before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the submitted content or dissatisfaction with the QR destination.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
    then you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Send your request to: order@qrprinted.com with your order number and attached images.

3. What is Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect or invalid links submitted for the QR code
  • QR codes that do not scan due to the nature of the destination URL or device issues
  • Sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Customer error or change of mind after order placement
  • Minor print variations or color differences due to screen resolution or lighting

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.


5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the next steps.
